Our Vision
Inspired by the work of Cassandra Banks, we are building opportunities for black women/nonbinary individuals to excel in the electrical trade, by inspiring the fortitude, initiative, and capabilities needed to thrive in today’s work environment. We believe supporting black women opens doors in the trades for other women of color and are committed to supporting local initiatives.
Through pathways to financial stability, partnerships, and localized investments, we seek to create positive, lasting change in communities of color -- strengthening generations to come.
