Mentorship

Mentorship and network building is a key component of CBF work.

We partner with local organizations to facilitate connections for black women in apprenticeship with people who look like them and fundamentally understand their experiences. This sisterhood allows women to share mental and emotional support, exchange advice and guidance, and network into opportunities to help advance their careers.
